Terms of Service

ORDERS:

All items are handmade and made to order. Current lead time is about 3 to 5 working days depending on the amount of orders that came through before items are shipped.

We will update and reach out to customers if the lead time is changed after order placement.

SHIPPING:

Customers in Malaysia
We ship via J&T Express. Tracking numbers will be equipped with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

International Customers
We ship via Pos Malaysia. Tracking numbers will be equipped with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card payment vis Stripe. We also accept manual inter-banking transfer as well, just upload the receipt/slip upon successful payment at the 'Thank you' page after order placement.

ADDITIONAL INFO
There will be some natural variation in the products given they are handmade and not all leather hides are the same. Do contact us at inquiries@rezarabu.com if you are looking to customize the product with different types of leather hides.
